Coming back to an idle computer

Every time I leave my computer idle for awhile, when I come back it has
reverted back to the screen that says "To begin, click your user name." I'm
the only one that uses this computer, I don't need this security feature,
but I don't know how to disable it. I believe it started after SP 2 was
downloaded while my computer was in the shop for repairs.

Right-click on your Desktop and select:
Properties > Screensaver 'tab', then uncheck
the box next to "On resume, password protect",
then click Apply.

So you couldn't figure out how to use the Help and Support Centre either,
then?!
