Hello everyone.

I don't know if its appropriate here, but I would like to discuss a problem
I may be having with a Symantec file that seems to be able to shut down IE
and/or my computer. Can't get Symantec to discuss it with me, so I'm here
but am concerned about protocol. Need to know if a discussion here in this
regard is off-limits before I stick my foot in my mouth. Trying to get some
answers in order to resolve the problem and my worry that I won't be able to
fix the next crash or maybe lose some 3-hour piece of work. Thanks for any
enlightenment.

Just....

Thanks, Malke, but I've been to most of those already. Because
castlecops.com did at least identify the file as belonging to Symantec,
though, maybe I should try there again.
