COMException while running browser control

Hi All,

I have a windows form that uses the Web Browser ActiveX
control in Interop.

However, i have not managed loading a page yet on the
browser control because everytime i run the application i
get a "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException" with
an error message "The Requested Resource is in Use".

I have tried debugging but didnt get very far. Does anyone
have any idea as to why this might happen ??
