Hi,
CS - Couterspy reports Comet Cursor to be active in MSAS
quarantine folder.
This threat has been detected and removed! form MSAS by
MSAS. MSAS does not detect this incidence anymore (and
quarantine folder empty according to MSAS) but CS report it
with every scan.
Has this been deleted by MSAS and if, why does CS detect it
in the quarantine folder of MSAS?

Empty Quarantine folder and check again.

That's interesting--have you looked to see what's actually in the quarantine
folder? It's a subfolder of the Microsoft Antispyware installation
folder--which is typically c:\program files\microsoft antispyware.
