what comes in FP 2003 retail box?

I bought a used copy of FrontPage 2003 in a box with
COA. Inside is the CD with 25-character key. Should their
be a book as well? It seems funny such a big box just for
the CD....

If I remeber correctly from 8 years ago, the box contains the CD in a case, CD key (on a sticker on the CD case) and leaflets indicating the support options available around the world.
There is no reference book - this is contained in the Help files after installing the program and online tutorials.
