when i send a new email i get my signature with a little picture in it for my
company. when i do a reply only the text shows up. i am using the same file
for new and reply

Which version of Outlook? This seems to be a recent problem that might have
been caused by an update. Check if your email is html is all I can advise
for now.

running office 2003 - not sure if it is recent or not - its not my system and
it was just noticed. it had SP2 and upgraded to SP3 but it didnt fix

One user has reported that using Word as the editor fixed the issue. You
might already be using Word. If not, try it.
