Ok, I'm not getting this.

You want to add it, but you do not want it to remain? Ummm, why? Couldn't
you just hide the existing slide it is on, showing it only when you need it,
and stop adding new comboboxes?

I'm sure I'm missing something, and I apologize. Could you give me a bit
more information about the situation, so I can understand better?

Hi Bill,

First Excuse my English.

I created a combobox in PowerPoint presentation and it worked, but
when I closed the presentation and started it again the code was
there, the combobox appear when I started the slideshow but there
wasn't any text. So I want this combobox load with text every time
when I start slideshow in spite of the presentation was closed.

And another question - I know that I can turn off the mouse and
automaticaly transition to advanced slide but Is it possible to turn
of the keyboard too so I can jump over slide to slide only by
hyperlinks

Best regards

For your first requirement, look at the free VBA Controls Assistant at
http://officeone.mvps.org/addins.html - it allows you to insert combobox on
slides and also text in it. Save the presentation after entering text in the
combobox.

For your second requirement, select "Slide Show" | "Set Up Show..." menu
item, select "Browsed at Kiosk (full screen)" option, click OK. Now when you
start slide show, the keyboard will be disabled and mouse will be active.
You can use only hyperlinks to navigate through the slide show. You can use
Esc key to exit out of the presentation.
