combobox autofill

i am korean.
there is combobox in a form.
by the way, autofill method not work.
digital, english is good work.
but korean is not work in access 2003 in windows xp servicepack 2.
and korean is good work in access 2003 in windows xp servicepack 1.
why?
what I should setup some component?
