After installing SP3 update, multi_column combo boxes now only show the last
column.

This is one of the many bugs in SP3! The fields that don't show have
something in their format property. The ususal culprit is > which forces
UpperCase. Simply remove any formatting to these fields and everything should
be OK!

Other alternative is to uninstall Access then re-install thru SP2!

Thanks for the help,

Thanks for the inside info; I had the exact same problem and ended up going
back to Acess and SP2. Do you know of any other bugs to Access 2003 after
the update or am I better off sticking with SP2?

I have had the same problem, i resolved it with removing any
expression in table Design view from Field Format Properties
