Hello All,

I am currently trying to link 2 combo boxes within the same table so that depending on the selection of combo box 1 only certain selections will be made available in combo box 2. Does that make sense?

I'm extremely new to Access so please try to keep answers as simple as possible, using Access 2010

What you want are called Cascading Combo boxes, there's a lot of info if you google it, as well as a "databse" Microsoft wrote on how to do it.

hth!

PS it's not a very simple thing to do, but with some reading and toying around with it you can do it.
