Is there a MS tool for taking a series of jpgs from "timershot" and stringing
them together for an animation?

Microsoft Gif Animator
http://ms-gif-animator.en.softonic.com/

For a better version...you could download
the 60 day trial version of Digital Image Suite....

Microsoft Digital Image
Starter Edition 2006
http://tinyurl.com/28loxr
or...
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
(this product line has been
discontinued but you can still
download the Starter Version
and run it for 60 days)

Once installed...open your images in the
program and go to...Tools / Flipbook
