I am with a University Help Desk and trying to assist one of our Pharmacy
professors with his presentations. He is looking for a method to move
some/all of his slides from a presentation into a single slide. He wants to
be able to control where each slide exists in the single slide so that the
single slide could then be printed to a poster. Is this possible from within
PowerPoint or are there after market tools that will do this?

Thanks

It seems to me that Send to Word would be a better solution for making a
poster.

Stumpy,

I believe this method will work..

open presentation

view menu > slide sorter

select a slide

edit copy

view menu > normal

insert menu > new slide

edit menu > paste special > powerpoint slide object

then re-size the pasted image to fit the page.
