Open both PST files with Outlook, select all messages from one Inbox
folder, then drag-and-drop it into the other file's Inbox folder. Repeat
for each folder you want to combine.
Use right-click drag-and-drop to select between Copy and Move.
P.S. I would make a backup of both PST files before you start, just in
case...
