Just Started using WMM. I'm trying to combine clips I've downloaded to my
hard drive. I go everything imported and dropped to the storyboard ok . .
Selected all the clips,
chose clip in the menu bar, and nothing in 'clip' is active. I tried the
shortcut (control + M) and that didn't work either. What am I missing?

==========================
You can only use the combine option
for clips that used to be a single file.
IOW...clips were created when the file
was imported or the user used the Split
option.

If you save the project in a movie format...
wmv, or .avi...they will be combined into
a single video clip.

To save as a .wmv movie file...
Type...Ctrl+P to open the Save Movie Wizard /
Choose...My Computer /
Next /
Enter a Name and a Save Location /
Next / Next.
Wait while the movie is saved /
Finish...

To save as an .avi movie file...
(and several other options)
Type...Ctrl+P to open the Save Movie Wizard /
Choose...My Computer /
Next /
Enter a Name and a Save Location /
Next /
Show More Choices /
Other Settings /
Open the drop window and choose...DV-AVI /
Next /
Wait while the movie is saved /
Finish...
