Combining Calendars

I would like to combine an Outlook Calendar from work and one from home, is
that possible? It would also be fantastic if those could be combined onto a
handheld device - do you know if that exists?

You can use the sync application for your mobile device to sync either
Calendar to your mobile device. Your mobile device will then take care that
the info is available on either machine.

That is possible. See the documentation of your sync application on how to
configure it.
