I am looking for a way to combine multiple PowerPoint animation effects into
a single object on the Custom Animation Advanced Timeline, using the object
model. Can anyone suggest how to do this?

I don't think you can make a combination of custom animations into one
animation effect. You can though, use Animation Carbon add-in to put in a
combination of animations and save it as a single scheme in the library, so
that you can use it at a later time.
