Combine PrintDocument Output

Is it possible to combine the output of multiple PrintDocuments into
one printout? I'd like to either nest PrintDocument objects or create
some class that will allow me to maintain a collection of
PrintDocuments and concatenate their outputs. Unfortunately, I can't
find any documentation that helps.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
