We have 3 different files which we want to remain separate, but we want to
compile 1 list from all of them for a 1 time occasion. Is there a way to
copy 3 small files into 1 big file?

Yes there is. But you have not told us any useful information so far. How
about we start with these questions and then you may get some help here:

a) your version of Outlook
b) what "files" are you talking about? Be VERY specific.
c) where are the files (source and destination files) Be very specific
again.

Assuming that you mean PST files, you can open all three with Outlook,
then use drag-and-drop to merge the contents (into a new PST file). If
the target is a 97-2002 PST file, make sure that it does not exceed 2GB
in size.
