You can insert all (or a selection) of files in a folder into a document
using the boiler.dot add-in that you can download from my web site. You
would have to insert the contents of the sub folders separately. Note that
if these documents are based on different templates the final result will be
a complete mess, but that might equally apply to any insertion method. If
you want a single document and retain all the formatting and layouts then
the only method I can think of would require the use of the full version of
Acrobat and its ability to combine PDF files taken from the documents into a
single file.
Why on earth would you want to combine all these files into a single
document?
