Combine the contents of 2 cells

's Computer Specifications

I would like to combine the contents of 2 cells. In Cell A1 is a name in
cell A2 is a number. I would like the result to look like the example below.

Brian Smith represents the value in Cell A1 and 1134 represents the value
in Cell A2

Brian Smith - 1134
