Combine Active Tasks + Follow-up Emails in one to-do list

Outlook has several features for organization but they seem to work
separately. I find myself having to check three different places (Follow-Up,
Mailbox: Tasks and inbox) for current activities. At the very least I would
be interested in a way to combine the 'For Follow Up' folder and Active Tasks
into a single To-Do List or within a single page view.

Outlook 2007 introduces such a consolidated to-do list. It's not feasible in earlier versions.

Outlook 2007 had a To-Do Bar which does just that.
