combine 50 sheets in excel into one sheets

I am new to excel..
I have 50 sheets in excel i want to combine all sheets and put them in one sheets..They all have same column..how can I combine them instead of copying and pasting them..
They r all in *.xlsx format..
In there any particular language to do that..I have no idea..please help me..
