Com1 and Com2 do not have enough resources. Com 1 and com
2 use the same IRQ, and USB Host Controller and LT Win
Modem use the same IRQ. What Should I do to supply
sufficient resources?

Are you using COM1 or COM2? Most people are not, but if you are using an
external modem or old-style Palm sync cradle or similar you may be.
Otherwise, you can simply disable these ports in your system CMOS settings.
Hit DEL, F1, F2, or F10 (whichever your computer manufacturer uses) to get
into the CMOS settings. Then look for "peripheral setup" or similar, and
disable the ports.

If you can't disable them, you can choose new IRQ/address settings in the
same place, or change the IRQs for your other cards if you need to.

Some retail computers (especially Compaq and HP) do not have these settings
available. In this case, your best bet is to try "security settings" to
turn off the ports.
