Com Port in use

I have a similiar issue with Win2K Prof SP4, and
apparently so does my counterpart in Sweden. The issue
seems to be the Upgrade to SP4, I have read Knowledgebase
Article Q283063 except this is dated before SP4 release.
Does anyone have a fix for this problem. I tested using
Hyperterm to open Port and 2 Com ports are in use by
something else
