com port redirector

We have Lantronix com port redirector installed. It is
set up to use com port 3. Everytime we try to dial it
doesn't work and gives an error 692. This doesn't help
because everything is set up properly. It works on all
OS's from 95 to 2000 but XP gives us trouble. We thought
it might be because of the modem drivers but are not
sure. We use US Robotics 56k modems in our pool. Has
anyone had or heard of this problem before. Any help will
be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
