Hello all, My name is Stephon and I seem to be having a
problem with my computer logging on to the internet. Any
and every time I attempt to log on to my Isp account, I
get an error message "failed connecting to our servers" I
attempt to create a new connection through the Microsoft
Referral Service, but it is "unable to establish a
connection". Finally, I attempt to connect to an AOL
account, and I recieve an error message "com port is in
use or is invalid". Regardless of what ISP or login
account I try to use, I cannot logon to the internet. I
have tried to Uninstall/Reinstall my ISP program. I have
tried to uninstall/Reintsall the modem and it's drivers. I
have tried to uninstall/Reinstall the com port and it's
drivers. I am at the end of my rope and I am looking for
some helpful answers.
