I have reinstalled WIN XP in my computer and the port COM 1 is not
communicating with a plotter machine that I have attached to it. It was
working before
When I go to DEVICE MANAGER / PORTS appear COM 1 enable, I have called the
company for the plotter machine and after they review my computer in DOS
mode the have told me that the port COM 1 is not working or doesn't appear
in there.
I also have check in DEVICE MANAGER that the port COM 2 has a symbol like
this ( ! ) .
Please somebody can help me to fix this problem or help me to reinstall the
port,
Thank,
Carlos

Yo he reinstalado Win XP in my computer y ahora el puerto COM 1 no esta
aparece.
For favor necesito saber como puedo arreglar este problema.
Gracias,
Carlos
