com port 4

I'm trying to sync my Palm Tungston T2 to windows XP.
I'm using a bluetooth USB adapter and the serial
connection is on com4. However, when I attempt to
connect, I get a message saying something else is using
that com port. How can I find out what is using that
port? There is no obvious information in 'device
manager'.

Is there some DOS command I can run that will show what
is connected to each com port? Some third party software?
