After several minutes (about 20), I receive a message that
states: "System is unable to enter rest mode due to a
conflict with COM PORT 2." I have looked for 'problems'
in 'Device Manager' and none exists. I could use some
guidance as to how to solve this problem. I am not sure
as to how to tell which 'driver', if any, are causing this
problem. PLEASE HELP!

for no apparent reason. When this occurs, the mouse
cursor 'locks-up' for a second or two, then releases to
normal operation. PLEASE HELP!
