com+ issue

I had a serviced component created... ran perfectly well on my win xp pro
machine...I could see it loaded properly in the component services window
and all.. However recently it just doesnt work. When i try and load it ,
either thru lazy registration or even from command line using regsvcs it
gives me an error stating the TypeLib cannot be loaded.. What gives ? It
works one min and then it doesnt ? What setting may have gone off ? Some
installation somewhere messed up my registry or something like that ?

When I run the same code on another machine it seems to work completely fine
! its just my machine.. has anyone had this same experience ? any ideas what
settings has gone off for this to occur ?
