COM+ Components do not assume configured identity

We have COM+ components on a Win2000 Server configured to run as userX.
This has worked fine for years.

Since we installed the .NET Framework 1.1 and SQL Reporting Services, all
our COM+ components run as Administrator and we cannot get them to assume
the identity of userX.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
