This generally means you have some hardware device that is not compatible
with the feature. It's usually a driver issue. Start by checking
manufacturer web sites for the latest drivers for your hardware. If that
doesn't resolve it, you may have to remove devices one by one and then test
standby in order to determine which device is blocking the feature.
Also, you might try checking event viewer. While this may only contain the
same information you already have, it's possible it might point to the
specific device. Open Control Panel, open Administrative Tools, open Event
Viewer, look for errors that correspond to the time when this message
appears, double click, the information contained within may point to the
problem device.
