TO column: multiple addresses, one sender

Hello: In my TO column, often a single sender's messages are listed in two
or more places, e.g., messages from "John Jones" are listed under "John
Jones" but also under (E-Mail Removed) or under other titles too. I have been
told one can consolidate all of these messages so that all of John's messages
are listed under one heading--so it is easier to scan down the list to find
something, rather than having to go to two or three listings of John's
messages. But I haven't been able to find anything that will consolidate all
the TO messages together from a single sender.

Thanks
