Column headings are numbers instead Alphabet Letters

I currently use Excel 2003. when I opened it, I noticed the column headings
showing the numbers same as the row heading numbers. Is there anyway for me
to fix this problem?

Tools>Options>General tab, uncheck R1C1 Reference style

Go to excel options in excel tab at left top most corner.Select Formulaes>Working with formulae>r1c1 reference style to correct to alphabets.

Go to Tools>Options>General>Settings and uncheck "R1C1 reference style.
