I use Microsoft Windows XP Professional and a Canon Pixma ip 3000 printer.
The printer will only print half the colours it should, even though there is
no indication that any ink cartridge is empty. I have tried cleaning three
times, then deep cleaning. But the nozzle check still shows the first three
rows all right (ie rows 3eBK in black, 6c in blue and 6C in blue, with
nothing for 6M, 6M and 6Y. Any ideas?

TIA

Mr Kanalista

Why do you believe this is an Outlook problem?

Sorry. Can you recommend a newsgroup that I should go to?

Mr K.

Were this happening to me, I'd contact the support staff of the printer's
manufacturer.
