Colour laser no image output on paper

My Epson c900 is not transferring the print image to the paper

The image is made up on the photo conductor, but not transferred to
the paper - except some slight random parts of the image

I recently loaded some new reconditioned colour toners, and after this
the problem started. But even if I put the originals back in then it
still does not print

In any case I did not change the black toner (which is original), but
none of the random output is black either

Any ideas what the issue could be?

I am not familiar with how Epson color lasers work, exactly.

The most common problem causing this defect is something not allowing
the paper to come into contact with the drum or transfer belt. This
could be some paper scrap lodged in the wrong place, or a sticker label,
or something else causing the gears to not mesh correctly or some other
problem causing the paper to not properly pass in contact with the
drum/belt. If this is a new printer, make sure you removed all
packaging materials inside the printer or tape which may be holding
things out of place.

Secondly, some laser printers have a high voltage Corona wire which is
used to change the static charge of the paper so the toner is transfered
from the photo conductor drum or belt to the paper. If the paper isn't
charged properly the toner can't transfer from the drum/belt. These
wires can occasionally break, or the contacts to electronically connect
them may not work and need cleaning, or there may be a failure of the
electronics which provide the power source.

Lastly, does the paper come out "warm" and whatever does show up on the
page, is it well adhered to the paper or is it dusty and rub off? A
failed fuser is the least likely cause, since usually in this case the
image appears on the paper but will wipe off because it is not heated
and fused onto the paper surface.

Are you seeing any error codes?
