hi all

i've got outlook 2007 and when i installed it i put two email accounts in it.

the main account has the "colour categories and the flags".

i have now changed the account that says "sends from this account by
default" to my other account but the "colour categories and the flags" are
with the same account how do i change this to my new account.

also when i send emails this is duplicated in the "sent items" folder one in
the account that i sent from and again in the other.

also in tools menu>options>the preferences tab under the heading "email" the
"junk email" button says"permanently delete SUSPECTED junk email instead of
moving it to the junk email folder"

does that mean it will ONLY block email getting to my inbox from my "blocked
senders list" or does it mean something else.

any help will be much appreciated and i thank you inadvance for your response.

paul.

You might want to start by telling which mail account types we are talking
about here.

thanks for a very quick response Roady.

one email account is HTTP (@msn.com) and thats the one with "sends from this
account by default" and the other is a POP/SMTP (@ntlworld.com) and its got
the
"colour categories and the flags".

many thanks for your time and help.

paul.

You'll need to connect to your MSN account via the Outlook Connector in
order to get such functionality supported. The default HTTP connection won't
support that.

am new to outlook and not sure what "need to connect to your MSN account via
the Outlook Connector"means.

also i forgot to mention that i've got a @hotmail.co.uk (HTTP) account as
well which i just installed and it has given me the SAME folders as my
@msn.com account.
many thanks for your help.

paul.

Just type "Outlook Connector" in your favorite Search Engine and I'm sure
this link will be at the top of the results;
