Instead of Excel being blue with 3-D icons, it's all Flat & Beige.

I ran the installation disk for Repair, then I uninstalled and reinstalled.
I downloaded and installed all the updates for it. Still no change. What's up?

I had the same problem (repeatedly) over the past few days. In my specific
situation I'm accessing Office2007 via Citrix, and it occurs when I try to
maximize the Citrix window. I found that closing the Citrix window and
re-opening it seemed to fix the problem (as long as I don't try to maximize
the window again). I had assumed that it was an issue with the graphics
drivers on the Citrix server, so it is interesting that someone else is
reporting the same problem...
