Colored dot grids

I have a 9700 pro and 1.2 athlon. I sometimes get colored dots in grid
patterns with some games. MOH, and Army Ops i can think of. They are pretty
large, and seem to be part of the texture itself when it occurs. Like it's
simply a texture or part of the texture, but i know it's not supposed to be
there
