Probably new video card. Check the specs on your card to see if it supports
32 bit.

Possibly an updated driver would do if your video card supports 32 bit.
This also has a lot to do with how much video memory your card has as
well. If you don't have much video memory, you might get 32 bit only at
the lower resolutions.
