Seems like a very ambiguous question to me. Take a look at
Color Palette and the 56 Excel ColorIndex Colors

If you want to change all of the cells on a worksheet, first use
Ctrl+A (or the gray button above row numbers and left of column letters)
then use Format menu where you can change font, border, patterns (inside color)
