Color picker / color matcher tool?

Long ago and far away, on a PC I no longer have, I seem to recall having a
tool that would tell you all the colors were used on a web page. I don't
remember if it was a web site where you plugged in the URL of the page, or
something that was added to the right-click context menu. Does anyone
remember having this and where I could find something like it?

I found a tool named DotColor at www.inetis.com.

When you open it, it appears in the applications in the right hand side of
the toolbar (near the clock) as an eye dropper

Clicking on it and selecting Show/Hide brings up a box to the bottom right
of the cursor which enlarges the area around the cursor to pixel level and
shows the colour code of the position of the cursor.

Clicking on the eye dropper and selecting Show/Hide hides it again

I don't know if this would be useful.
