| I found a tool named DotColor at
www.inetis.com.

| When you open it, it appears in the applications in the right hand side of
| the toolbar (near the clock) as an eye dropper

| Clicking on it and selecting Show/Hide brings up a box to the bottom right
| of the cursor which enlarges the area around the cursor to pixel level and
| shows the colour code of the position of the cursor.
