Color copier-printer

We have a new Konica BizHub C350 which is a color laser copier/printer. We
have it installed on a Windows 2003 print server with Windows XP Pro
clients. All updates are current on the server and clients including print
drivers. The server is set with the default to black and white printing (ie,
we only want to print in color when we choose to do so).

All the clients print in black and white from Excel, Word, etc but they
print in color from Internet Explorer or HTML Outlook messages. ie, I print
a color Word doc and it prints B&W, immediately after I print a webpage and
it is color even though the printer properties say B&W, I print the Word doc
again or something else and it is still properly B&W, print the web page and
its color, etc.

Any ideas?
