Is there a way to select MULTIPLE contacts and color code the messages that
arrive from them?

For instance, I may have my boss as RED but want 12 other "supervisors" as
RED also.
I think understand how to color code an individual but what about color
coding several at once with the same color informaiton?

Maybe you can add them to a distribution list and then have the rule use
that distribution list.

Thanks, I gave that a try and it did not seem to pick up the individuals in
the distribution list.
I hope I am explaining this right. For instance if any one of the people
from my PTA group emails me, i want it to be a certain color/font that i have
specified. Instead of creating a color rule for each person.

Any other thoughts??
Thanks for your reply

You need to use autoformatting in a view and you can more than one from name
to each rule. The names will be OR'd together.

Hi and thanks. Is there a thread or tutorial for steps on how to do this? I
am not clear on exactly what I should do. Any additional information would be
great.
