I assume you are using Outlook 2007 now? You can still use Automatic
Formatting...you just need to get to it using the Define Views command.
Click View | Current View | Define Views, choose the view you want to add the
formatting to, and click the Modify button. Then click Automatic Formatting
and you can set up your color rules there.
