Color coding emails through organizer

Currently I have two users in our HR dept. who share rights to a mailbox
other than their own. This mailbox is setup to recieve resumes only. One of
the users color coded some of the emails to clarify the status of the
resumes. The other user looked at the emails on her PC and she was not able
to see the color coding.

Is there a way to show the colors on both PC's since they share a mailbox?
