color code by from in Outlook 2007

This is a feature I used to have in 2003 and I can't seem to find it now in
2007.

I want to color code e-mail from specfic people, I don't want to categorize
them.

e-mail from Bill Smith is Blue
e-mail from Frank Smith is red.


should be simple right?

Smae place it was in each verion (you just forgot!)

Inbox, then Tools | Organize | Using colours.

feeling a little stupid now, but it is not in any of the help windows that I
could find.
