Color change for Column Chart

's Computer Specifications

Hi Everyone
I'm using a column chart, always 4 columns.
Is it possible to have each column change color automatically based on
criteria >Below 7 = Green
>Between 7 and 9.9 = Orange
>10 and above = Red

looks like what you're after.
