I read the post, "Missing Color Categories," but I still don't understand why
I can't set up color categories for my e-mail account. Isn't there some way?

I don't understand your question. What are you trying to accomplish and
what version of Outlook are you using?

I'm missing the Categorize button on the standard toolbar button when I have
my IMAP account open, but it appears when I have a POP account open. Is there
a way to get the categorize button to work with the IMAP account? I'm using
Outlook 2007. I'm just trying to use the new color category feature after
updating from Outlook 2003. Thanks.

What if you just right-click the category box on the message itself? Have
you downloaded the actual messages or just the message headers?

Thanks for your help, I just right clicked on the messages themselves. I
download just the message headers.
