colons, apostrophes and quotation marks

I read emails from Investors Daily Edge.
However all colons, quotation marks and apostrophes are rendered
as garbage, making it almost impossible to read.

colon = ?
quotation marks = ?o and ?
apostrophe = ?TM

It started last week after I updated Windows XP SP3 and installed Internet
explorer 7.
I know that the font Arial Black was updated from 3.5 to 4.0.

What can I do to correct this problem?

Example:
Some of the trades in this ?oAutopilot? strategy lasted only 30
minutes?some seven hours?occasionally overnight.

Because these investments will literally ?osell themselves.? I?Tll
explain that further in a minute.

I?Tm sure you?Tve got better things to do with your time than watch every
little movement in the markets. And that?Ts the commitment it takes to day
trade.

Thanks for any suggestions,

JE

Try...

Outlook Express
Tools
Options
Read tab
Fonts (down at the bottom)

Assure that a font to your liking is selected and check on the "encoding"
window (I use Western European - Windows).

Another possibility is to set the option on the Read tab to "Read all
messages in plain text" but that will preclude having pretty HTML messages.
